- I wanted to play Quake VERSUS mode using a null-modem cable
- between my Amiga and my PC, so I had to search the way, and found
- it! It works fine, and allows you to set up a TCP/IP connection
- between Amiga and PC using a serial null-modem cable. You
- can use the PC as proxy and connect both computers to Internet
- (Good if you have ISDN or cable connection in the PC)
- I've included the text file, the NULL-MODEM .INF file for Windows,
- and Miami.default file for Amiga.
-
- Update: Some people reported me that, when successfully connected
- Amiga and Windows, they cannot connect to Internet using the PC,
- as the Dial-Up adapter was already in use. I've added the info
- of how to upgrade to latest Dial-Up that allows to do this.
- Thanks to Pedro Duarte for the tip.
